
Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation or occupying our rental property. By making a reservation and/or staying at our property, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Reservation and Payment: a. Reservation: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a booking deposit or full payment, as agreed upon. b. Payment: The full payment, including any applicable security deposit and additional fees, is due before your arrival unless otherwise stated in writing. c. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages or breaches of the rental agreement. The security deposit will be returned to you within a specified period after check-out, minus any deductions for damages or additional charges.
Cancellation and Refunds: a. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy will be clearly stated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the rental agreement. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the cancellation policy. b. Refunds: No refunds will be given for early departures, delayed arrivals, or unused nights unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
House Rules and Occupancy: a. Occupancy Limit: The number of guests occupying the property should not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified in the rental agreement unless agreed upon in writing by the Company. b. House Rules: You agree to abide by all house rules, including noise restrictions, no smoking policies, and any specific instructions provided by the Company or property manager. c. Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any illegal activities, disturb neighbors, or use the property for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.
Liability and Damages: a. Property Condition: You acknowledge that you have inspected the property upon arrival and found it to be in good and satisfactory condition unless otherwise reported to the Company or property manager within a reasonable timeframe. b. Property Damages: You are responsible for any damages caused to the property, its contents, or common areas during your stay. You agree to report any damages to the Company or property manager immediately. c. Liability: The Company shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
Check-in and Check-out: a. Check-in: The standard check-in time is 3pm unless otherwise agreed upon. You must provide your identification and any necessary documentation upon arrival. b. Check-out: The standard check-out time is 11am. Failure to check out by the specified time may result in additional charges unless prior arrangements have been made.
Termination of Agreement: a. Violation of Terms: The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and evict you if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or engage in illegal activities. b. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure in performing their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or governmental actions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia/Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia/Florida.
